9 month old teething canine teeth?

My 9 month old daughter has her top 2 and bottom 2 teeth. She has had a fever that got as high as 103 at one point but has stayed about 101 for the majority of the past 2 days. i looked at her mouth and noiced her canine teeth are coming in but the ones that should be beside them aren't in yet. I read these teeth shouldnt come in until 18months. Has anyone else had this happen? She acts like she is in more pain with these 2 teeth than any others. any suggestions? will this make her baby teeth crooked since they are coming in out of "order"?
