My doggy is acting really really weird?

Okay so my dog has been acting very weird I dont know if this will really help, but yesterday my father cut his hair because it's summer where I live and it's very hot so it's not the best hair cut but it's fine. He had fleas but their gone now and he's been scratching alot and now there just scaps all over him but he keeps scratching his neck. He's eating but we won't leave my side I have to sit beside him just so he can eat. Every time I get up to grab something he's always leading my somewhere but I don't know where. I followed him and I just don't know what he wants. He's a Bichon Frise. I dont know if that would help but yeah. So any thoughts on what might be wrong with him? :o
