Chihuahua website is this legit?

Hello like i asked in another question i was thinking of purchasing a chihuahua pup as a playmate for my 9 month old chihuahua i came across this chihuahua website www.tiffany-chihuahuas.com. I was wondering if this website looks legit or a little dodgy their prices are a little steep but their pups look cute and relatively close to breed standards thnx in advance ^_^.
