Can u help me interpret my dream i'm pretty sure it's serious?

So i was dreaming and i was near a little forest, and i tried to move but i couldn't, and there were two giant rocks beside me, and although i saw a hawk circling the sky i felt protected. then, i spotted a mouse scurrying between my feet, and then it moved and circled one of the rocks. suddenly the hawk swooped down and i thought it was going for the mouse, i didn't really care because i felt so protected, but at the last second the hawk lifted the stones up ( they were so huge i didn't know how that was possible) and carried them away. then i felt so exposed and scared, and then the mouse glared at me im positive, and it changed into a polar bear and it was about to slash me when i woke up. Please help!!!
