Is it good to move my fish jar around ?

hi guys i have a goldfish and his awesome he is aggressive xD so my question is, is it good to move fish jar around i have a big jar one of those big piccal jars and my fish live's there is it good that at night i leave him at my window .. i heard the moon does something cool to the water and fish , and in the day time i leave him beside my computer
